A New Skill! There is a whole skill set of moves to learn for ballet and commercial jazz.
Focus! learning new dance moves and routines requires a strong focus to perform correctly and remember them.
Exercise! Dance is an enjoyable way to move, it helps to develop balance, strength and co-ordination.
